  • How can I change my Thinkific password?

    On your dashboard, click on your name in the top right. Select My Account. Select Password on the left menu, then input a new password under Change Password and Retype Password. Input your original password under Current Password. Click Update.

  • Who can I contact if I have questions?

  • I'm having trouble viewing PDF resources.

    If you are receiving a message that you cannot view the PDF on your browser, it may have to do with your browser settings. Please check your browser and ensure that the application set to view PDFs is the "preview in browser" option.

  • How do I access my certificate?

    If you have completed all components of the course and passed the exam, your certificate will be in your user profile. To find it, go to your dashboard and click on your name in the top right. Select My Profile. Select Certificates on the left and any certificates will appear with an option to download.
